Yes. Every price shown is the maximum retail price inclusive of GST. You will receive a GST invoice with your order.
One promo code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined unless the offer says so.
You can cancel from My Orders any time before it ships, and you will be refunded in full. After it ships, you can return it under our returns policy.
Delivery
Standard delivery is complimentary and takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express delivery (next day) is available in serviceable cities for ₹799. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Sizing & fit
Our sizes are UK sizes and run true to size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger for sneakers and runners and the smaller for loafers, which relax with wear. See the size guide for foot-length measurements.
Selected styles are available in half sizes; those that are will show them on the product page.
Returns & warranty
Return unworn pairs in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Reverse pick-up is free for eligible orders.
Once the pair passes inspection we initiate the refund; it reaches you within 5–7 business days depending on your payment method.
A 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse.
Care & resoling
Brush after wear, rest each pair for 24 hours, use cedar shoe trees and condition leather regularly. Our care guide has step-by-step advice by material.
Yes. Welted styles can be resoled and refinished by our atelier for life, charged at cost. Start a request from the resoling page.
