These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and GENZSTYLE Retail Private Limited (“GENZSTYLE”) governing your use of this website and your purchase of products from it. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Your Data Rights page.

We take care to describe and photograph our footwear accurately. Natural leather varies in grain, tone and finish, and screens display colour differently, so slight variations are normal and are not defects. Sizes are given in UK sizing; please consult the size guide.

Each product page states the material, colour and country of origin (India). The maximum retail price (MRP) shown is inclusive of all taxes.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately before you pay.
• We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards and net banking through our RBI-authorised payment partner. We do not store your card details.
• Promotional codes are single-use per order, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn or expire at any time.
• If a product is mispriced because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after payment.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation and the payment is received. We may decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud or an address we cannot serve, and will refund any amount paid.

Delivery timelines are in our Shipping Policy. You may return eligible items within 30 days and cancel before shipment as described in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

All content on this website — including the GENZSTYLE name and logo, designs, photography, text, graphics and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify or exploit any content without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the site for unlawful purposes or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems, or introduce malware;
• use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the site or place bulk or resale orders;
• submit false, misleading or infringing content, including in reviews and messages to us.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, including liability for fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to first raise any concern with us through our Grievance Redressal process. Subject to that, and to your right as a consumer to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government action, network or carrier failures.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
